Turns out Rob is pretty accurate at estimating what he can sell your house for with his comp analyst. He told us $115k and sold it for $114,500. He put up with my ocd and got the job done. Well, I don’t want to curse it because he hasn’t closed yet, but it is set for August 30th.”
